Not much to add....

Well this post really will be short and sweet.  

Great day at work.  I got my whitening trays and gel today.

Wonderful workout with my trainer.  

Came home and Ava had already gotten a bath from Daddy.

I thought this mohawk Chris gave her was picture worthy

Made myself something to eat.  Walked with a freshly bathed Ava along side to the mailbox (see pics below).

Watched Kris Allen make it to the final 2 on American Idol - WOO HOO!!

Blogging then going to bed.

Ava heard a train and had to give a quick shout out (toot toot!)
